Join our team by making a donation, becoming a member or volunteering your time. We appreciate any and all support you can provide!

To make a tax-deductible donation, complete and send in the following donation form with your contribution.

In appreciation for your donation, you will receive a password to the membership information center on mhav.org website.

Gift Amounts:

Friendship Bell Society 
($1-$24 receive a password to the membership info center) 
Bronze Bell Society 
($25-$249 receive a “Mind Your Health” lapel pin + all of the above)
Silver Bell Society 
($250-$999 receive a “Mind Your Health” coffee mug + all of the above)
Gold Bell Society 
($1,000-$2,499 receive a certificate of appreciation + all of the above)
Platinum Bell Society 
($2,500-$4,999 receive a framed certificate of appreciation + all of the above) 
Diamond Bell Society 
($5,000 or more receive a plaque of appreciation + all of the above)

Volunteers
Active volunteers play a very important role in supporting our team effort in making mental health a priority in Virginia. As a volunteer, you can create change by:

- Helping with events
- Tracking legislation
- Writing letters to our legislators
- Writing letters to the editor
- Working in the Richmond office
- Starting a MHA affiliate in your area
